7032 Termination System includes:

  • - Throughput up to 480,000 parts per hour.
  • - Automated loader jam clearing mechanism reduces operator assists and maximizes productivity.
  • - "On-the-fly" alignment for fast and simple operation.
  • - Tighter tolerances on tooling components and a new pin design deliver better accuracy, easier alignment and                    longer tooling life.
  • - Visual alignment tool greatly reduces set-up time and delivers accuracy needed for ultra-small components.
  • - Line conditioner and/or regulated power supply.
  • - Paste temperature control.
