William J Saunders (Bill) - Owner / CEO of Chip Star Technology, LLC. Bill has extensive experience and expertise in the manufacturing and assembly industry, including excellent Termination and Test systems knowledge. William is a degreed engineer with dual BSEE/BSME degrees and MBA from Stanford. William has served as CEO and owner of Double U Inc., Golden Bear Industries, and Ideatronics Inc. all successful businesses, and many years in different manufacturing positions to round out a business carrier supporting customer needs. Bill has been in upper level management for many years, within electro/mechanical areas in the computer industry.

Our MLCC innovations range from new and improved operating software & Hardware PCIe Win 10 based systems. The knowledge we gained as a company has lead to very cost effective output advancements in the MLCC Termination & Testing Industry.
